Join us as a stallholder for HerbFest 2026!!
In its 6th year, 1000+ people will come together to celebrate herbal medicine and community at HerbFest. HerbFest has a special place in the lives of many, with people telling me each year it’s their favourite day of the year!
Our stallholders are part of what makes it such a special event! Your knowledge, your talent and amazing products and your friendly connection, I can’t wait to showcase you to the world and help get you seen, loved and selling!

Exciting news: HerbFest’s got its own website!!
This has been long in the making and I’m so excited it’s here! It means I can offer you year-round support by featuring you in a directory (you wouldn’t believe the number of emails I get asking to connect with you after the event each year!).
This means there’ll be a new checkout option this year
- book your stall only, same as in previous year
- book your stall PLUS the year-round marketing support: go into the stallholder directory, 1 x feature on our socials, get 1 x Free 1/2 page ad in our Xmas magazine!
Date + Place
This year, HerbFest is Sunday June 14, 9:30am – 2pm at Barns Lane, Coolum State School (where it was last year if you joined us then)

Capped Stall numbers At this stage, there will be a cap on stallholder numbers. Please book in early if you want a spot. See Info for Stallholders for more details on stall specs (click here)
Prices (earlybird book before April 1)
- Earlybird for STALL ONLY: $75
- Earlybird for STALL AND MARKETING: $175
After April 1:
- General rate STALL ONLY: $130
- General rate STALL AND MARKETING: $230.
If you’re a food stall, please contact me (click here) before registering to have a stall to make sure there’s room for you. I cap food stalls to try to make sure everyone gets good trade on the day and we have a variety of food offerings
NOTE – Your stall spot might be cancelled and fee refunded if you don’t meet the stall requirements, or to keep a balance of stalls (this will be done soon after you book if it’s necessary). Other festivals require applications to be a stallholder. I don’t do this, letting people book in freely as I value inclusivity and diversity, but just adding this disclaimer in case we ever get top heavy in one category of stalls and I need to cancel your booking… this will strictly be done on a first booked, first in basis, cancelling the last bookings. I haven’t had to do this so far but letting you know in case I ever have to do it.

HerbFest is back in 2026!! In its 6th year, HerbFest is our biggest herbal celebration of the year, so come
