Our Herb Folk sessions are always practical and hands on as one of the best ways to learn is through direct experience. You’ll get to make a flower essence during the session using flowers that are available at the time. Could be herbs or native flowers. Given 2 hours is a bit short to make a full flower essence, we’ll modify it a bit, but you’ll learn how to do the whole process.
