A 4 week online course, Everyday Herbalism is the companion course the DIY Herbal Starter Kit.

In a group mentoring environment, you’ll:

• Use the DIY Herbal Starter Kit to get hands-on experience making remedies, asking questions as you go
• Learn how to effectively use the remedies in real world situations, tailored to you. Common ailments such as: cuts and scrapes, sore throats and cough, stress and sleep
• Learn the basic concepts and skills of holistic home herbalism
• Build a relationship with 6 foundational herbs and how to use them
• Be guided to take shamanic drum journeys with the plant spirits

Whilst this is a great herbal medicine course for beginners, it’s NOT just for beginners. Fairly experienced/ intermediate-level home herbalists will benefit as well. Particularly if you want to deepen your own relationship with these 6 herbs and want time-tested tips and tricks from a leading Australian herbalist with 20 years experience.

This course is co-taught by Heidi Merika and Cat Green.

Starts Tuesday October 3, 11am, and runs for 4 weeks until October 24. Live, mentoring sessions run for 1.5 hours.

Whilst we love active participation during the lives, we’re geared up to support busy lives with replays, resources and you can definitely take it at your own pace.

As a companion course, this course is built around herbs and remedies in the DIY Herbal Starter Kit. We believe the best type of herbal education is a practical, hands-on one and we encourage you to work with the herbs throughout the course. However you can also take it as a stand-alone course.
