Join us as a stallholder for HerbFest 2025!!
HerbFest is a unique gathering, dedicated to sharing a love of herbal medicine and celebrating our herbal community. If you haven’t already, you get a feel for HerbFest here
This year, HerbFest is happening Sunday June 15, 10am – 2pm at Barns Lane, Coolum State School (where it was last year if you joined us then)
The theme for our 5th HerbFest is Rewilding.
Each year, people say how much they enjoy connecting with like-minded herb, plant and natural health people and they love connecting with our amazing stallholders!
I’d love to showcase your herbal business by being one of our beloved stallholders.
Requirements:
Before booking a stall, make sure you’ve read the HerbFest stallholder requirements- please see the HerbFest Stallholder Info page (click here)
Capped Stall numbers
At this stage, there will be a cap on stallholder numbers. Please book in early if you want a spot. See Info for Stallholders for more details on stall specs (click here)
Prices
Earlybird rate: $63
To snag the Earlybird HerbFest stallholder price, you must book your stallspot by April 1.
General stall rate: $110 – only if stall spots are sill available.
Pictured are some of our gorgeous 2025 stallholders – Olearia Botanicals, Pyewackets Traditional, The Herb Emporium and Hara Therapies.
NOTE – Your stall spot might be cancelled and fee refunded if you don’t meet the stall requirements, or to keep a balance of stalls (this will be done soon after you book if it’s necessary) — Other festivals require applications to be a stallholder. I don’t do this, letting people book in freely as I value inclusivity and diversity, but just adding this disclaimer in case we ever get top heavy in one category of stalls and I need to cancel your booking – this will strictly be done on a first booked, first in basis, cancelling the last bookings. I haven’t had to do this so far.
If you’re a food stall, please contact me (click here) before registering to have a stall to make sure there’s room for you. I cap food stalls to try to make sure everyone gets good trade on the day and we have a variety of food offerings.
