Garden Medicine walk

Medicine is already growing around you; you just need to know how to see it.

Join community herbalist Cat Green for a gentle wander through the garden, discovering how common plants and weeds can be used as food and medicine.

You’ll learn herbs for cold and flu, herbal first aid, stress support and more.

Come see the world with fresh eyes.

Unlike most of my herbal medicine workshops, this walk doesn’t have any hands-on components except for sniffing and nibbling. This keeps the price affordable so you can get a taster into the world of plant medicine.

In previous garden walks, people were telling me I should write a book after just 10 minutes, (lol, cuties) so I know you’ll walk away inspired by how much medicine is around us and all the ways you can work with it in daily life.

There’s lots of time for questions. Each walk will be different as I won’t have time to cover every plant, and I’ll tailor it to the group’s interest as well.

Bring a notebook if you want to jot down notes and your phone if you want to take pics. Bring a hat and water bottle and any snacks you want.

Not necessarily wheelchair friendly, but if you’d like to come, reach out and we’ll chat if it’s appropriate for you.

Spots limited. Book early:
