Make your very own herbal first aid kit at this special half-day workshop with legendary NSW herbalist Pat Collins.

This is a beautiful opportunity to connect with the healing power of plants and build confidence in caring for yourself and your loved ones naturally.

We’ll begin the day with a weed walk led by Pat Collins, who’ll share her 30+ years of experience in wildcrafting, growing, and medicine-making. Pat is the founder of the Total Health and Education Centre in Muswellbrook, NSW, and the author of several books on herbal recipes and home healing.

During the walk, you’ll meet useful medicinal plants (aka weeds) growing right underfoot. You’ll learn how to identify them and understand their medicinal uses.

Then, we’ll roll up our sleeves and get hands-on making 16 different herbal remedies to take home. From tinctures and capsules to creams, ointments, flower essences, and rescue-style blends—you’ll be stocked with remedies to soothe burns, bites, stings, wounds, and support your immune system

What’s included:

  • All ingredients, herbs, jars, bottles, and supplies
  • You’ll make 16 herbal remedies to take home
  • A nourishing afternoon tea
  • An afternoon of learning, heartfelt connection, and plant magic

Pat spoke at HerbFest recently, and the Post-HerbFest Masterclass and we couldn’t wait to get her back up the coast to share more of her incredible stories and skills!

As home herbalists, herbal first aid is a must-know. This workshop is perfect for beginners and plant lovers alike—no prior herbal knowledge needed. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to get your hands in the herbs!
