In its 6th year, 1000+ people will come together to celebrate herbal medicine and community at HerbFest. HerbFest has a special place in the lives of many, with people telling me each year it’s their favourite day of the year!

Our stallholders are part of what makes it such a special event! Your knowledge, your talent and amazing products and your friendly connection, I can’t wait to showcase you to the world and help get you seen, loved and selling!

Exciting news: HerbFest’s got its own website!!

This has been long in the making and I’m so excited it’s here! It means I can offer you year-round support by featuring you in a directory (you wouldn’t believe the number of emails I get asking to connect with you after the event each year!).

This means there’ll be a new checkout option this year

1. book your stall only, same as in previous year
2. book your stall PLUS the year-round marketing support: go into the stallholder directory, 1 x feature on our socials, get 1 x Free 1/2 page ad in our Xmas magazine!

Date + Place

This year, HerbFest is Sunday June 14, 9:30am – 2pm at Barns Lane, Coolum State School (where it was last year if you joined us then)

Capped Stall numbers At this stage, there will be a cap on stallholder numbers. Please book in early if you want a spot. See Info for Stallholders for more details on stall specs (click here)

Prices (earlybird book before April 1)

• Earlybird for STALL ONLY: $75 
• Earlybird for STALL AND MARKETING: $110

After April 1:

• General rate STALL ONLY: $130
• General rate STALL AND MARKETING: $170

If you’re a food stall, please contact me (click here) before registering to have a stall to make sure there’s room for you. I cap food stalls to try to make sure everyone gets good trade on the day and we have a variety of food offerings

NOTE – Your stall spot might be cancelled and fee refunded if you don’t meet the stall requirements, or to keep a balance of stalls (this will be done soon after you book if it’s necessary). Other festivals require applications to be a stallholder. I don’t do this, letting people book in freely as I value inclusivity and diversity, but just adding this disclaimer in case we ever get top heavy in one category of stalls and I need to cancel your booking… this will strictly be done on a first booked, first in basis, cancelling the last bookings. I haven’t had to do this so far but letting you know in case I ever have to do it.

I’m thrilled to offer you a spot in our inaugural HerbFest Festive Xmas magazine, designed to encourage people to shop small herbal biz and build community connections.

This festive magazine will have a gorgeous aesthetic and have articles about eco-celebrations, herbal advent ideas and how to create authentic summer solstice rituals, and might even have a fun free printable or colouring-in sheets for kids.

It’ll also feature a gift-guide catalogue to showcase our herbal products businesses, eduators, sponsors and whatever you want to promote!

Our community raves about you guys every year at HerbFest, how amazing your products are, and how knowledgeable our speakers, so I’m thrilled to encourage them to shop local and make someone very happy with some herbal gifts under the tree this year… or in Secret Santas, who knows!

How it’ll work

By paying this tiny $20 advertising admin fee, you get:

• 1/2 page, full-colour digital ad, with artwork/ copy you supply.
• you’re welcome to offer people a special discount or offer if you want, but that’s totally up to you.
• We’ll promote the magazine on socials, newsletter and with your help to our wider community. As this is the first year we’re offering it, we’ve kept the admin fee tiny, so it’s low risk marketing for you, and contributes a small amount to cover time to pull it together. We aim for this to be an annual tradition we’ll build up, as well as some other exciting marketing opportunities we’re hopping to roll out next year!
