DESCRIPTION:Learning herbal medicine can get really overwhelming and confus

 erience the herb we're learning about\, as well as nerd our with others pas
 sionate about herbs\, plant medicine and living more naturally.\n\nIn April
 \, we're being joined by popular local naturopath Karen McElroy and she'll 
 be introducing us to Lemon Balm - melissa officinalis.\n\nLemon Balm has a 
 long history and is a really easy-to-grow herb with a variety of everyday u
 ses in your home so it's a wonderful one to add to your toolkit.\n\nAt each
  Herb Folk\, you'll get hands on experience\, tasting and make something fr
 om the herb\, as well as learning:\n\n 	history and folklore\n 	energetics 
 and taste\n 	herbal actions\n 	indications for use\, based on modern resear
 ch and traditional use\n 	safety and contraindications etc\n\nMy hope is yo
 u'll walk away with a full heart\, a practical toolkit\, and a deeper relat
 ionship with plant medicine.\n\nHeld at private farm in Ninderry - address
