 n \nWith the increasing prevalence and proper diagnosis of neurodivergence
 \, the need for herbal and lifestyle support is at an all-time high. \nHer
 e we will explore herbs for focus and cognition\, as well as gut restoratio
 n and nervous system support\, which may benefit more than the neurodiverge
 nt. \nTaj Scicluna has lived experience with ADHD. Although she is not adv
 erse to pharmaceutical intervention and it's benefits\, she manages her sym
 ptoms largely with herbs and lifestyle choices. \nHere she will share tips
  from her own personal journey\, as well as evidence-based research on herb
 s that can support\, with practical examples of how and when to work with t

 t never quite land- you’re not alone.\nHerbalism isn’t meant to be memo
 rised. It’s meant to be experienced\, sensed\, and understood in relation
 ship.\nIn this workshop\, we move beyond rote learning into a deeper way of
  knowing plants: through the senses\, through patterns\, and through practi
 cal tools that help you understand when and how to use herbs\, not just wha
 t they do.\nYou’ll leave with frameworks and learning methods you can ret
 urn to again and again\, long after the workshop has ended.\nJust note: whe
