DESCRIPTION:This unique 4 week online course is here to help you care for w
 hat matters most - your health and immune system.\n\n\n\nDesigned for moder
 n people (aka busy\, stressed\, suffering ill-health and wanting an easier\
 , more natural way to build immunity\, vitality and well-being at home).\n\
 n\n\nBy the end of the course\, you'll have deep familiarity with 6 key imm
 une system herbs and a foundational understanding of how the immune system 
 works. The herbs are a fabulous  mix of proactively building the immune sy
 stem\, responding to acute infection and helping us rebuild after illness.\
 n\n\n\nThe 6 herbs are: Elderberry\, Olive Leaf\, Astragalus\, Echinacea\, 
 Shiitake and Sage.\n\n\n\nThis course is the companion course to the DIY Im
 munity Remedy Kit which is being launched in Autumn.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCourse 
 dates + Format\n\n\n\nStarting May 3 and running weekly on Wednesdays until
  May 24. Live calls at 11am.\n\n\n\nEach week you’ll get your course mate
 rials and a live tutorial-style session.\n\n\n\nThe course materials will b
 e both pre-recorded video talking about the herbs and how the immune system
  works\, and a pdf monograph (information pages about each herb).\n\n\n\nIn
  our live sessions – we’ll do some live remedy-making demonstrations\, 
 answer your questions and we want it to be a fully responsive course\, so w
 e’ll also invite the course cohort to tell us how we can best use that ti
