 parents in mind. It’s a crash course on how screens can impact our family
  and how to set up strong foundations so that your family can develop a hea
 lthy relationship with technology\, enhancing the benefit and minimising th
 e harm.\n\n\nWe cover:\n* what a Family Technology Agreement is\, and its b
 enefits for your family\n* how to set age-appropriate rules\n* how much scr
 eentime is too much\, and how to gauge the impact on your child\n* what to 
 do when scary stuff happens online\n* the basic safety rules your child nee
 ds to follow before they go online\n* what digital life skills are\n* under
 stand your role as a parent in guiding your child's tech use. By having a p
 lan and a set of principles you'll feel more confident and empowered in mak
 ing decisions around tech use with your kids.\n\nBy outlining a set of foun
 dational principles\, this workshop has been specifically designed to leave
  you feeling confident\, informed and empowered as a parent so that you can
  make the best decisions for your unique family.\n\n1:1\nIf you would prefe
